Meltech Confex Continuous Rotary Extrusion Line Product Transport
After the product has been cooled it is transported to the take up. A series of profiled guide rolls are provided and a system to control product tension.
The same system is used to monitor product speed and produced length monitoring system, signals from which are used to speed control the take up. A dancer arm complete with adjustable weights also provides controlled product tension and further signals to the take up drive.
For some products and take ups we offer accumulator systems so that production can continue during coil / reel changeover.
