Meltech-Confex Products

 

The  Meltech-Confex continuous rotary extrusion line typically includes rod pay-off and straightening rolls, cleaning system, extruder, product cooling system, dancer and coiling.

 

Optimising the rotary extrusion line is achieved by integrating all the elements within a single control system, creating a production line that is easier to manage and more flexible. The complete line is controlled from the operator’s console based on a sophisticated Windows™ based line monitoring and process control system.

 

Continuous rotary extrusion lines are available with the following extrusion wheel diameters:

 

MC-260 (260 mm) • MC-310 (310 mm) • MC360 (360 mm) • MC380 (380 mm) • MC500 (500 mm)
